About us
Aelia Apartments are located close to the center of Nea Peramos and only 300 meters from its enchanting beach. The area of Nea Peramos is easily accessible as the airports of Kavala and Thessaloniki are near by. The city of Kavala is at a distance of 15 km and is the point where the ferries depart for the island of Thassos.
It is a family business founded in 2009 (high-end facilities) and a general renovation was carried out in 2017.
It all began with the owners’ love for architecture. Maria, Thalis and Photis who own the apartments are all engineers. Because of their professions, they designed and built beautiful apartments that offer high quality services and pleasure, providing unique experience to the guests.

Scuba diving
Get to know the underwater world that unfolds just a few meters below sea surface in the area of Peramos or the surrounding areas such as Kavala, Thassos and Iraklitsa.

At the famous and award-winning sandy beach of Ammolofi and the surrounding areas such as Iraklitsa or Kavala, you will find many organized beach bars where you can try various activities such as beach volley, rackets, water sports and much more.
Trips
If you are in the mood for exploration then you can easily add small excursions to your program and get to know the sights of the surrounding area such as the castle of Peramos. If you prefer the mountains you can hike up the paths of Messoropi and Ikosifinissa in Paggaio mountain, which are located near N.Peramos.
